I just filmed Heather and Mark’s wedding at the Old Edwards Inn in Highlands NC and I just had to share this! Heather’s dad and I are both drummers but unlike me, Tony can SING! It was truly and honor to be present and capture this special moment.
Amber and Kyle were married in Orangeburg SC. The ceremony was at The First Presbyterian Church and the reception was held nearby at the Orangeburg Country Club. It’s always a thrill to work with Craig and Lindsey of Sposa Bella Photography and event artist Ronald Bayens. They are two of the best the industry has to offer.
Katelin and Matt held their marriage celebration at The Loom in Simpsonville SC. These two couldn’t have been happier or more excited. It was such an honor to be part of their day!
Katelin and Matt, thank you so very much for trusting me with this important memory. Enjoy!
What a thrill it was to film this wedding! I’ve known Lindsey since she was a little girl and to now get to create her wedding movie has been really special for me. Everything was perfect with a beautiful ceremony at the Furman University Chapel followed by a spectacular reception at the Poinsett Club. I have to say there was a ton of FUN at this reception. It was a challenge to fit in all the special moments and capture the excitement that was everywhere! This was also a super special team to work with. It just doesn’t get much better! Thanks so much Lindsey and John. I hope this will be something you treasure for many years to come.
We just filmed an amazing wedding reception for Alex and Nealy at the Certus Loft in Greenville. They had one of the most incredible wedding bands I’ve ever heard. Check out the rapping husband impressing his new wife!! This was Alex’s warm up before he and Nealy left yesterday for Kentucky for the PGA Championship as he caddies for Ben Martin. Their real honeymoon will have to wait a week. Bring home that trophy y’all!! We’re all rooting for you!!
Anna and Michael had one heck of a wedding celebration in downtown Greenville SC last night! Greenville put on a pretty special Forth of July fireworks display for them! We got some nice shots of it, including some aerial video and I made a quick little trailer for them! Enjoy it y’all!!
Nicole and Evan were married in Simpsonville SC. My hometown too! We’ve known Nicole and the Bailey’s for a long time and it was a thrill to have the opportunity to create a wedding film for them. Their ceremony was at the Bailey’s home church, Simpsonville First Baptist and the reception was at Zen in downtown Greenville SC. This short highlight draws from shoots we did for their rehearsal dinner love story, the rehearsal dinner and of course the entire wedding day. What great content I had to tell their story! When I spend that much time with a couple, especially the interviews we do for the love story, I really get to know them both. And then when I spend hours and hours revisiting their words and special moments during the edit…they become my best friends!! And that certainly happened here and I have loved every moment of it! Of course there is a whole lot more of that on the way when we create their Cinematic Short Film…can’t wait for that! Nicole and Evan, thank you so much! I hope you cherish these moments for many years to come!
Nicole and Justin’s wedding was held at the breathtaking Starrsville Plantation on a beautiful spring day. You enter the 750 acre plantation down an Oak Tree lined driveway and that is just the beginning. It was such an honor to be there to capture the moments and to tell their beautiful and emotional wedding story. Nicole is quite a detail oriented person and everything was perfect and at the same time it was relaxed and very family oriented. I had to include some of my all-time favorite kid shots in this highlight! There was a threat of rain but in the end, it held off and the outdoor ceremony under the trees and the party under the tent with the Bobby Compton Band were a huge success. The evening was capped off with a fireworks exit. Nicole and Justin, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your incredible day. I won’t soon forget it.

This was just an incredibly fun, emotional and enjoyable wedding day. It was at the top of Bearwallow Mountain in Hendersonville NC on a beautiful spring day. Okay, maybe it was just a tad windy, but that didn’t seem to bother anyone. Watching Matt’s face while Johanna was approaching for their first look and then the tearful joy they shared at that moment was priceless. I typically cut clips pretty fast in my highlights, but I stretched those shots out and you’ll see why.
Their theme was horses and the Kentucky Derby, complete with the hats and the actual running of the Derby during the cocktail hour.
The team we worked with that day was one of the best ever. If you’re planning a wedding you might want to check out the list below. They were all incredible to work with!
Matt and Johanna, thank you so much for allowing us to share in your day. I hope this short film will be special to you for many years to come.
Melanie and Nolan celebrated their wedding at the beautiful Ivy Hall at the Rosswell Mill on a gorgeous spring day on the river in Roswell Georgia! What an honor it was to spend the day with those two and their families. They decided to do a first look which is always a special event to capture on video. That was followed by a photo and video session on the covered bridge over the river and then back to Ivy Hall for their beautiful ceremony. They did something I’ve never seen before…they planted a peach tree using soil from each of the family homes. Now that is a pretty strong statement about both their family backgrounds and the family that are beginning. Just beautiful.
Working with the photographers Anne Almasy and Erin was a blast and so great to work with them again. Thank you Anne and Erin!!
And The Stephen Lee Band was incredible! Atlanta has a real gem in those guys. Every musician in that band is outstanding and you should check them out for your wedding for sure!
